This policy explains how we handle and protect your data in To Live (the “App”). We follow a simple principle: collect and process only what is necessary to provide the core features.
1. Summary
- No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected (e.g., name, email, phone).
- No ads or third‑party tracking; no ad or tracking SDKs are embedded.
- Photo and video processing is primarily on‑device; media is not proactively uploaded to our servers.
- In‑app purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit; we never see your payment details.
- You can delete data at any time by removing exported media or uninstalling the App.

Note: The App does not require account registration, nor does it collect contacts, precise location, microphone recordings, or address book data. Media that you process or export with the App remains under your control; sharing is initiated only by you via the system share sheet.
3. How We Use Data
- Perform on‑device reading, conversion, export, and preview of videos and Live Photos.
- Verify your one‑time purchase to unlock all features.
- Analyze crashes and performance issues when you choose to share diagnostics with Apple.
4. Storage & Retention
- Temporary files created during media processing are stored locally on your device, either in the App sandbox or in the system photo library.
- We do not store your personal data or media on our own servers.
- To delete data, you can remove exported content from your photo library or uninstall the App to delete local caches and settings.
5. Sharing & Third Parties
- No selling, renting, or trading of your data to any third party.
- Payments and one‑time purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit; we cannot access your card details.
- No third‑party ad or tracking SDKs are integrated.
- If you choose to share analytics with Apple, related data is handled by Apple and may be provided to us in an aggregated, anonymized form.
6. Children
The App targets a general audience and is not primarily directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe such data has been collected inadvertently, please contact us so we can address it.
7. Your Rights
- Access & correction: your media is managed by the system photo library and local file system; you can view, edit, or delete it at any time.
- Deletion: remove content exported by the App or uninstall the App to delete local caches and settings.
- Withdraw permissions: disable photo access and other permissions in system settings; note that some features will no longer work.
8. In‑App Purchase and Unlock
- To Live uses a one‑time purchase model to unlock all features (e.g., a “lifetime” license).
- Purchase records and validity are managed by Apple; we rely on StoreKit to determine entitlement and unlock features locally.
- You can view and manage your purchase history in your Apple ID account settings and restore purchases when needed.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. Updates will appear on this page with the revised date. For significant changes, we may notify you in the App or by other reasonable means.
