本政策说明我们如何在 凝神(下称“本应用”)中处理与保护您的数据。我们以“只收集提供功能所必需的数据”为原则进行设计。

  • 无广告与第三方追踪,不嵌入广告或广告追踪 SDK。
  • 训练记录与统计仅保存在您的设备上,用于本地功能与可视化。
  • 内购订阅通过 Apple 进行,我们无法接触您的支付信息。
  • 可随时删除数据:在应用内清除(如提供该入口)或卸载应用。

说明:本应用不要求注册账户,不采集联系人、位置、照片、麦克风、通讯录等敏感信息。分享训练卡片时,内容在本地生成,是否分享由您自行通过系统分享面板决定。

三、我们如何使用数据

  • 在设备上计算训练统计、可视化(如趋势图、热力图、节奏图)。
  • 校验订阅与解锁专业版功能(包含家庭共享)。
  • 改进稳定性(当您同意与 Apple 共享诊断数据时)。

四、数据存储与保留

  • 训练与历史数据保存在您的设备本地
  • 我们不在自有服务器上存储您的个人数据。
  • 删除方式:在应用设置中清除数据(如提供该入口),或卸载应用即删除本地数据。

五、数据共享与第三方

  • 我们不向任何第三方出售、出租或交易您的数据。
  • 支付与订阅由 Apple 的 App Store / StoreKit 处理;我们无法访问您的支付卡信息。
  • 我们不集成第三方广告与追踪 SDK。

六、未成年人

本应用面向普通用户且不以未成年人为主要受众。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如您认为我们在不知情的情况下收集了相关信息,请通过下方方式联系我们以便处理。

七、您的权利

  • 访问与更正:您可在应用内查看并管理训练数据。
  • 删除:可在应用内清除数据(如提供该入口)或通过卸载应用删除本地数据。
  • 撤回权限:您可在系统设置中关闭通知等权限。

八、订阅与试用

  • 试用期结束后,订阅将按所选周期自动续订;您可随时在系统的“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”中取消。
  • 家庭共享(如适用)由 Apple 管理,符合条件的家庭成员可共享订阅权益。

This policy explains how we handle and protect your data in Dhyana (the “App”). We follow a simple principle: collect only what’s necessary to provide the features.

1. Summary

  • No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected (e.g., name, email, phone).
  • No ads or third‑party tracking; no ad SDKs are embedded.
  • Training records and statistics stay on your device for local features and visualization.
  • In‑app purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
  • You can delete data anytime: clear it in‑app (if available) or uninstall the App.

Note: The App does not require account registration, nor does it collect contacts, location, photos, microphone, or address book. When you share a training card, it’s generated locally and you decide whether to share via the system share sheet.

3. How We Use Data

  • Compute statistics and visualizations on device (e.g., trends, heatmaps, rhythm).
  • Verify subscriptions and unlock Pro features (including Family Sharing).
  • Improve stability (when you agree to share diagnostics with Apple).

4. Storage & Retention

  • Training and history data are stored locally on your device.
  • We do not store your personal data on our own servers.
  • Deletion: clear in the App (if provided) or uninstall to remove local data.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

  • No selling, renting, or trading of your data to any third party.
  • Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple’s App Store / StoreKit; we cannot access your card details.
  • No third‑party ad or tracking SDKs are integrated.

6. Children

The App targets a general audience and is not primarily directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe such data has been collected inadvertently, please contact us for assistance.

7. Your Rights

  • Access & correction: view and manage your training data in the App.
  • Deletion: clear in the App (if available) or uninstall to remove local data.
  • Withdraw permissions: disable notifications and other permissions in system settings.

8. Subscriptions & Trials

  • After a trial, subscriptions renew automatically per your chosen period. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Family Sharing (where available) is managed by Apple; eligible family members can share the subscription.

We may update this policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. Updates will appear on this page with the revised date. For significant changes, we’ll notify you in the App or by other reasonable means.
